| Elec/Elec Build. Help Please |

Hi there,
So I’ve been looking through the forums for elec/elec brute builds, I found a few… but none aimed towards my goal. I've started playing CoV again lately, and I’m not very bright so... I know there's a lot of experienced players out there and I was wandering if you could help me devise an elec build.
What I’m looking for, is a build mainly for grouping, but with some solo ability on the side. Just as many pros to it and the least cons to it as possible. A good build basically.
((Could you please add which enhances need to go where, and at what level too, thanks!))

I will try and recall some of my choices, but when I get a chance, I will post the build for my main lvl 42. I can solo or team with him very well, although with all his aoe type attacks, teaming is where he really starts to shine. I will get it posted up for you as soon as I can.

Ok, bare with me @ lvl 42:
So for elec melee this is what I got:
1Havoc Punch (Take this rather than charged brawl)
6 slots - Damage x 2, Acc x 2, End Mod x 1, End Red x 1
Jacobs Ladder
6 slots - Damage x 2, Acc x 2, End Red x 1, Recharge x 1
Thunderstrike (This is a MUST have power)
6 slots - Damage x 3, Acc x 2, Recharge x 1
Chain Induction (might respec this one out)
4 slots - Damage x 2, Acc x 2
Lightning Rod (This is your Alpha)
6 slots - Damage x 2, Acc x 2, Recharge x 2
And for elec armor:
Charged Armor
6 slots - Resist x 4, End Red x 2
Lightning Field
6 slots - (Scirocco's Dervish set) the last 2 enhancements in this set might be to much so sub in a damage and acc.
Static Shield
6 slots - Resist x 4, End Red x 2
Grounded
3 slots - Resist x 3
Lightning Reflexes
1 slot - Run Speed
Conductive Shield
3 slots - Resist x 2, End Red x 1
Power Sink
3 slots - (Energy Manipulater set)
Power Surge
2 slots - Recharge x 2 (one slot is plenty fine)
Pool Power Musts:
Fitness:
Swift - 1 slot for speed
Health - 2 slot for heal
Stamina - 2 slot for end mod
Speed:
Hasten - 2 slot for recharge
Medicine:
Aid Other - 1 slot for heal
Aid Self - 3 slot for heal x 2, Reduce Interrupt
Always try to use your Aid Self after Lightning Rod or Thunderstrike because both those power tend to knock foes down so u have less chance of interrupt.
I did not put a travel power in because everyone has their own pref. I run Superspeed.
Now for the bad news: it gets pretty tough playing until stamina, and conserve power(which I did not include because I have respec'd it out at lvl 35 when u get Power Sink). Once you get yourself into your 20's, you will really start standing out.
For the solo part of your build I would pick the Flight pool and take Air Superiourity, to help keep foes on their butts.
I usually start off by running into a group of foes and lay down a Thunderstrike followed by a Lightning Rod. Keep Hasten on Auto, keep your toggles on, and only use Power Surge when on the boss or you are at 1/4 health and can't fire off your aid self due to interrupts.
I plan on getting Build Up also, just haven't yet.
