In my long time playing this game, I've met tons of people and on this site I've read lots of posts. The whole time, I've been listening to people's opinions hoping to gain some new insight. And I've come across one thing that I find kinda interesting: Everyone has a different stat they favor. Some people are total damage whores, while others just want to have enough HP. So, I wanna ask all of ya'll: What are the most important stats to YOU and why? Now I know they're all important but which ones do you focus on the most and worry about the most? Try and narrow it down to 2 or 3
The 2 I worry about most are Accuracy and Endurance. If I have enough energy to attack and have to ability to hit the enemy, I'm okay. If I can get those 2 in order, I'll start worrying about other things. But thats just me. I wanna hear what you all think.

Well, Doc, I'm a huge fan of Accuracy. There's nothing that gets the 'ole blood going like missing a freaking yellow minion 6 times in a row with green DOs slotted (some of you remember when I nearly exploded over that one). Besides that, I try to keep a balance between damage and health. I think they play a connected role.
Less Damage = More Time to "Arrest" = More Opportunity to Lose Health
Less Health = More Important Need to Arrest Quickly = More Opportunity to Faceplant

I'd say the two most important are damage and accuracy. Damage because the quicker you defeat your foe, the less time he has to pound you into the pavement. Accuracy because even the deadliest attack is useless if you can't hit the broad side of a barn.
The rest depends a lot on your character's archetype and power sets. If you're a tanker then enhance defense, resist damage and endurance reductino become awfully important. If you're a blaster then range becomes quite important. In fact, if you're an archery/devices blaster then range trumps accuracy because those sets have accuracy enhancement built in. For scrappers recharge becomes more important. For controllers and defenders a variety of stats become quite important, depending upon your power sets.
I'm an incurable altoholic, but most recently I've played as these characters:
Abana (hero, Champion), lvl 35 mag tanker, stone/stone/fit
The Ballplayer Reverend (hero, Champion), lvl 14 nat tanker will/mace
Shrathala (hero, Triumph), lvl 12 mag scrapper, dual/dark
Fat Kat (villain, Pinnacle), lvl 10 mut brute strength/will
Souleymane (hero, Champion), lvl 14 mag defender, dark/psy

My short term playing so far. I'd go w/ ACC + END. With out those you don't have DMG. Plus, dmg is more broad term. You've got Dmg + Def + Res + Debuff + various temp dmg (illusion i think). Troller get x2 dmg (containment), so unless you need "Burst DMG" Dmg is third. If 1 vs 1, acc/dmg .. if team vs team acc/end.
In PvE, I can solo OJ bosses to my level w/ 3 abilities. So need ACC. I reuse the spells same spells over 2 times .. barely down 1/2 end. So end/dmg don't play there.
But then I got against 3-6 minions I heavily depend on acc and end to spam my crowd control. I have one toggle going to +dmg. But w/ crowd end is far gone 1/2 through battle (mob level pending)
ACC is a must.
END is needed.
DMG is loved.
