Hey, i was just wondering what kind of build will keep me going
and last in a PvE/PvP fight, can someone give a decent build?
And maybe a few kheldian tips.

Peacebringers are a fun build, to me they are the ultimate gate crasher on a team. They work well being a filler,being able to go between blaster,blapper, and a backup tank if needed. My lvl 50 human/dwarf pb gets alot of calls by my sg mates when they want to do a katie hannon. Silver Puppy is just alot of fun to run, and has gotten damage increases of up to 80% due to cosmic balance so far that ive seen while on teams. (I love that view stats thingey btw)
Now I have taken this guy into recluses victory and fought a few villians with him. At best Ive been able to fight a brute to a standstill (in dwarf form) and able to evade the traps quite well set against me by a dark and a rad corrupter who were working against me in there with the brute. Immobilizes are easily broken by shifting to dwarf form. And tar patches and other debuffs can be outran by useing the white dwarf teleport power. On the downside however this char is quite blind in a pvp enviroment and cant see stealthed foes without yellow inspirations. I got AS'd in dwarf form by a stalker that I didnt even see.
heres my build list on how I built Silver Puppy. Feel free to modify anything to better suit your playing style. This build works well for me, but might not work for someone else. Silver is a human/dwarf build. I did not take white nova form as I felt it was way too squishy for my close up playing style and though nova has great range on it's attacks it's quite redundant and just not for me. Anyways heres the build.

I Do have Io sets in this character. It's not complete, but it is a work in progress. Gleaming bolt has the devestation 20% chance to hold in it. That power was setup in mind to allow me to fire it often enough for the chance to hold to take effect. Shining Shield has the steadfast protection IO knockback protection in it. That helps keep this char on his feet when underfire from pesky nemies or council grenade hurlers. Energy flight has freebird slotted in it for a good light stealth.
My white dwarf form is where alot of my influence has gone. I am quite proud of how this form has turned out and serves me well as a hardshell to get into when things go bad fast. With the end mods in the white dwarf I can recover endurance fast if needed. With hasten running the dwarf heal heals hard and often allowing this form great staying power. Melee attacks are 5 slotted with crushing impact, the white dwarf flare is 6 slotted with sciroccos dervish,and the heal is 6 sloted with doctored wounds.

From the look of your build, it looks like you want to slot up a lot of your human powers. Also, you're using the Presence Pool, something I haven't tried on my PB. Your dwarf form will not be maximized in your current build. I think you are better off trying a human only PB build instead.

i would also suggest going human only, as you can get more of an advantage from cosmic balance, and the dwarf will be sadly out damaged by the powers from the human form. this also lets you focus your slots, because the splitting on forms uses way too many slots IMO
