| IO Enhancements - When should I go for them? |

I've currently got two lvl 24 controllers both stacked up to the max with SO's. The only IO I have in either build is the one you get when you learn how to create them. My question is this. Is there an optimal time to start slotting IO's?

Basic IOs start to out perform SOs around level 30. I'd advise waiting till level 35 to buy/craft common IOs and put them in spots that aren't as major, such as in Health or Stamina. You could use them in attacks and what not, but usually its better to get set IOs. Set IOs really work best at lvl 40+.

I've been playing for over 3 years, so my characters have a good bankroll to be funded with. Take that into account. :)
At level 12, if I've decided I really like a character, I'll slot level 15 IOs into everything important. (Attacks, Armors, etc...)
When I add new slots, I'll put the appropriate level IO in. Once I am able to use 35s, I'll reslot the whole build with level 35s or Sets, as appropriate.
City of Heroes/Villains
Onion - L50 - Katana/Super Reflexes/Body Mastery Scrapper
Scotch Bonnet Girl - L50 - Fire Aura/Fire Melee/Pyre Mastery Tanker
RonJ73 - L50 - Stone/Energy Aura Brute
Aurora Australis - L50 - Willpower/Energy Melee Tanker

Cheers guys, wasn't sure if I should go for them now or wait until I could gain access to higher level IO's. Think I'll wait till the later levels (35 at least). I've got about 6 million influence on both alts but I reckon I'll need a heck of a lot more than that to kit them out.
