Ok, ive decided to make my main a complete IO Hero.
But i dont know what to do, i dont really focused my time on IOs, i barely have some.
Can someone give me IO suggestions?
Here are the powers i have:
Fire control:
Ring of Fire
Char
Fire Cages
Hot feet
FlashFire
Cinders
Fire Imps
Kinetics:
Transfusion
Siphon Speed
Speed Boost
Transference
Fulcrum Shift
Speed:
Hasten
Super Speed
Leaping:
Combat Jumping
Super Jump
Acrobatics
Fitness:
Swift
Health
Stamina
Fire Mastery:
Fire Ball
Fire Blast
Fire Shield
COnsume
So can anyone tell me how to slot these powers?
i would greatly appreciate it.
P.S I would like to PvP/Farm with it

it depends on what you want out of the IOs. do you want the most, the biggest, and the best in the bonuses, OR do you want to use sets/norm IO to optimize each individual power on its own?

well here is what i am doing. i got a hero to 50, so he had around 80 mill in cash, i made a new hero and i am playing him to 50. then ill use the combined cash to io out my second character when i have a lot stocked up. but since it seems you have a good farming build you can do it how it works for you.
1. io out as you get the money
or
2. save some up, io a little, then save some more.
and sorry i don't know a whole lot about the types, but purples seem to be the best, and cost the most except for some supper rare recipes. my luck of the gambler +7/5% sold for 70 mill, and i haven't seen a purple that expensive

ooo well then, ill go for the middle, im low on cash, a few 27 mil, here and there, but i can make it up.

I would say the best thing to do is go to paragonwiki and the invention set page to see what bonuses you can get from each set for a certain type of power. Basically go look at all the Hold sets and see what each set offers as a bonus and decide which ones you want. Then go to the PBAoE/Immob sets and check out their bonuses.
I'd work on slotting one power at a time with whatever set/combo of sets that you want. Since you're low on cash for doing a 100% IOing of your toon, you'd be best to do it one power at a time.
My main has only one complete set. Most of the sets only offer select bonuses that I want and I don't really care about some (like 1.88% ranged defense increase). I have only been slotting like 2-4 from each set.

i looked at list and wondering is there any sets reduce slowing movement or do ihave just put io with +movement and +recharge?
