I was inspired over the weekend and created a new heroic character called the Anaheim Knight, a tanker with fiery aura/war mace.

So far I've only been able to play this guy for a few hours, getting him to level 5. However while I was running around Galaxy City someone out of the blue just gave me 1 million influence.
So, how exactly should a level 5 tanker spend a million?

DEFENSE!! as a tank you ALWAYS want defense 1st. you might want to dip into the Fitness pool for help keeping you END consumption down w/Firey Aura, and the Leaping pool for Acrobatics as you do not have defense against knockdown with your build.

Well, one million can get you DOs and SOs up to 25 maybe 30ish, if you don't buy anything else. If you feel bored or don't think you'll make it that far without a little boost, buy some TOs to fill in the blank slots in your powers. It's a waste to buy TOs, but if you have too much money, it doesn't matter because of the low prices

Wait till level 12. Buy level 15 IOs. You can probably IO out your whole build for a couple hundred grand. Then keep them up with the 20s and whatnot. Don't replace all your 15s, but add the appropriate levels as they become available.
