when i click a link that should open up WMP and play a file, instead my browser acts like it failed to load the page "IE could not load this page" and WMP doesnt open. i tried again opening up WMP before i clicked the link, still no success. anyone know if this problem is with my browser or WMP, and how to fix it?

If possible use FireFox, or Opera, or just another browser alltogether, see if that solves it, im clueless with old steam engines that you still use.

It's IE. You have to set how it opens certain files. Course I could be wrong. I'll see what I can find.
Oh oh, try right-clicking the file and select "Save Target As..."
