I took a few screen shots. Tried to upload them to my avatars profile and it said they were too big. Any way to reduce them? I mean it aint like i took a screen shot with a 10 mega pixel cam.

Just open them in windows paint brush and crop it

Those screenshots tend to be taken at zero compression, making them just about as big as a bitmap would be. In other words, pretty close to what your 10 Megapixel camera does.
Besides, it's not like hosting space and bandwidth are free.
It amazes me how the Devs are willing to put up so much data as they do.
600K max for images isn't that much to ask.

I don't think smitty means that. I think he is trying to squeeze a big scrteenshot into the avatar, which is maximum 100x200 pixels.
Smitty, what you should do is go to your profile page, then select IMAGE GALLERY, ADD IMAGE, and upload those screenshots. Once you have them there let me know, I could chop them into a small enough size for your avatar.
