Ok, im totally bumbed out of this but i think i have the slowest computer in the world!
i really am pissed, ok but how do i make my computer faster, and what should i do to do it?
It will be an honor for doing this.

If I recall from a previous post of yours, your system has very low Memory (RAM, not drive space).
I'll need to know the specs of your machine before I can offer suggestions to make it faster.

im sorry i had to make a new post, but i couldnt find it in my history

All the good details about your computer. If you have Xfire you can upload your rig and then get specs there. You can also find most of the info off your System/Hardware Profile under Control Panel.
How old is your computer? Sometimes updating vid card and other such items helps. Upgrading to more memory or better video card is definitely a big plus. Have you considering cleaning up your computer? Removing old programs, temp files, and such? Sometimes having etc junk on the computer that isn't needed can give you a slight boots in performance. When you play games do you have other programs running? Internet Explorer open or other applications?

Video Card? ATI or Nvidia? = Nvidia

Ok thats a start but still more intel needed. For instance, Im not sure I quite understand how you only have 102 MB memory. The minimum you could have would be 512mb. And a little more indepth info would be better. Here is what my PC looks like:
Processor: Intel® Core™2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.4GHz
Memory: 2046MB RAM (which is 2gb)
Hard Drive: 500 GB
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT
OS: Windows Vista™ Ultimate (6.0, Build 6000)

this will help you in choosing memory, it will tell you the size your board can handel, the type and the speed of the memory. print out or write what it finds as you will need that data to buy new memory.
(putting the wrong memory in can ruin your machine)
as to finding the other data, you can find some by your OS. if your running Windows XP try this.
Click Start > Control Panel > Performance and Maintenance > System or Start > Control Panel > System.
On the General tab, the processor type and processor speed are listed in the Computer block.

if you dont know what you have then somewhere you should be able to type in a command (either at a Run option, or command promt) and type Winver this should tell you what OS you have.

As for this part, if your computer was just purchased from a store and hasn't been modified, the brand name and model number would be enough for us to find out everything.
Otherwise, minimize all your windows, right-click the "my comptuer" icon, then click properties on the menu that appears. A screen will come up with some stats on your computer. You should see the Processor type and speed and the amount of RAM you have right there.
