is there a way to find out more than the top 5 credibility holders? that would be interesting.

Yep. On the left side of the screen under the header GAMEAMP you can find Top Credibility. That will show the top 25 members and staffers.

There's also a top-five at the bottom of the main LoTRO page.
Not that I'd want to rub anything in of course ;-)
