hey all,
i was running around at faultline and doing some missions, when my contact (doc delilah) gave me a temp power called: ouroborus portal. what the heck is it and what can i do with it.
I have to be lvl 25 to enter the portal it sais, well im lvl22 and cant wait to find out myself:P

The Ourobours Portal you recieved is your doorway to the Ourobours where you can run missions you have outleveled or bypassed.

Note: In the Ouroboros Tutorial, there's a mission where you go back to the Outbreak Tutorial! So you get the opportunity to get the Isolator badge again! (Defeat 100 Contaminated)
I recommend dropping your difficulty and farming this mission for the badge.

once you hit 25, throw down the portal wherever you are, zone to Ouroborus, and from there you can head to PI, IP, Talos, FF, and a few others. I cant remember the rest. Its not all of them though. The power has like a 5 min recharge.

What Ron was referring to is the initial missions that you can do there. You have to be lvl 25 first, and the first couple of missions just explain to you what the "O"zone is and how it works.

What they're talking about is the Outbreak tutorial that you can choose to skip when you first enter the game with a new character. If you skip the tutorial or if you didn't know that you need to kill 100 of the guys in the tutorial for a badge, you were typically screwed for getting that badge later.
So... If you care about badges and one of your characters doesn't have it, now they can get it easily through the Ouroboros mission (just like I did with my main badger :)
