Hello,
Just a few questions:
Can you ever leave a guild if you don't like it?
Do you share stuff with your guild (permanently)?
Some guilds have teamspeak. I have a headphone with microphone, but how does teamspeak work? Is it just plug in and talk?
Can you equip an elite skill and a signet of capture to capture another elite skill or won't that work because of the "one elite skill rule"?
Do henchmen also get deathpenalty when they die?
Can I check that somewhere (ingame I mean)?
I have a set of golden knuckels to brawl but they only work if you've got 9 dagger mastery and I am a mesmer/monk with no such mastery at all. When I use I see a lot of 0 hitpoints. What should I do?
Thanks for every answers you have.

Yes you can leave the guild anytime, just click your own name and leave my guild.
You don't share stuff with your guild, unless you don't buy merchants etc.. to the guild hall, what is yours stays yours.
Teamspeak is a off-guild wars program, you need to download it, Vent or Ventrilo is the same thing. Yes, when you have teamspeak, you just need to connect to the server and you're good to go.
You can always equip 1 elite skill, and 3 PvE skills (like 3 signets of capture), so in theory you could have 4 elites! Though, the next time you zone, all but one elite skill disappears.
Henchmen do get death penalty, and as much as everybody.
No, you can't see henchmen's death penalty.
and for the last one, you can change your secondary profession to assassin and gain dagger mastery. Though, the main damage in brawl comes from the attacks, I think.
I hope that cleared some things out

Ok, here goes:
Yes you can leave a guild if you don't like it. On your name, left-click then select (and click) leave guild.
Things that you share with your guild, are usually only by agreement with the other members or by policy, normally when you put cash into a guild (buying a NPC for example), you cannot get it back out.
Teamspeak is a Voice Over Program. You can download it here (clickie).
Yes, you can have a signet of capture and an elite skill, you can multiple elites (not the same ones, just a whole bunch), but as soon as you enter a town or outpost, it goes back to the limit of one rule.
Yes henchmen and heros gain dp when they die.
In-game to check something, you can type a command to open up a guild-wikipedia page. But I suggest that you just open the window before you start up guild wards, and run guild wars in windowed mode to allow easy switching.
Those brass-knuckles are meant for the punching tournament, where you are meant to only use the skills to deal damage. Otherwise for pvp/pve, I suggest that you don't use weapons which are not linked to an attribute that you have set high (exceptions do apply, like using an axe to keep close to someone, or using a flatbow to pull some monsters). The only way to remedy your 0 damage, is to either use Illusionary Weaponry (which will make them deal 0 damage directly, but they deal very good damage from the spell), or to change your secondary profession to assassin, and put in the required amount of attribute points into dagger mastery. You can change your professions in a few ways, you can do it from quests in the crystal desert in prohs, the profession changer npc in factions (which is about halfway into the storyline), or the profession changer npc in nightfall, which is rather early in. The prohs quests do not have an option to change to assassin unless you already have the option of doing so.

Ofcourse you can. If you open your guild window with G, you can click on the picture in front of your name. It will show the option "leave my guild". *It would be nice to let the guild leader know if you leave* ;)
| QUOTE | | Do you share stuff with your guild (permanently)? |
Haha yes your morale ^^ No, what you can do is donating money to the guild leader so he can buy NPC's in your guildhall but there is nothing permanent.
| QUOTE | | Some guilds have teamspeak. I have a headphone with microphone, but how does teamspeak work? Is it just plug in and talk? |
Teamspeak is a program (just like Ventrilo) to allows you to talk over the internet. You can download Teamspeak here (click). Than you will need the server info and password from one of your guildies. If you than connect you can talk with other people.
| QUOTE | | Can you equip an elite skill and a signet of capture to capture another elite skill or won't that work because of the "one elite skill rule"? |
You can have a max of 3 signet of captures in your skillbar (since they count as PvE only skills) and than you can cap as many elites as you want, BUT as soon as you go through a portal the most left elite skill disappears. You can switch elite skills and cap signets in an explorable area (pressing K), so you can choose wich elite to keep.
| QUOTE | | Do henchmen also get deathpenalty when they die? |
Yes they do get DP (max 60%)
| QUOTE | | Can I check that somewhere (ingame I mean)? |
For henchmen you can't, but if you have heroes in your party you can open their skill menu and it will show the amount of DP.

Well I don't know from wich campaign you are, but if you're Ascended (prophecies) or Closer to the Stars (Factions) you can change your second profession to anything you like.
To do that I suggest you go to the PvP islands (called Great Temple of Balthazar when you click the boat) and search for the Profession Changer.
If you than change it to Mo/A you can put attribute points into assassin attributes.
I hope that answers all your questions. If you have any more, feel free to PM me (on forum or in-game, IGN: Ranging Blazings).

You can become a Me/A and put attribute points in Dagger Mastery to gain some more dmg with melee attack. You can also upgrade it with some mods
