guard of tyria, your right, I don't have to go and see his movies. In fact, I have only been able to stand a few minutes of bloodryane. But that isn't the point. The point is, he is making horrible movies of the games we like or love, knows he only makes horrible movies, and is actually making MONEY by scamming innocent people who have never heard of him before, or more likely, don't know who the director of the movie happens to be.
That is why we sign this petition, to end his scamming ways.

That's really not relevant though. That is the fault of many people not just him. Also there are tons of bad directors out there that are far worse than him.

*cough* Mel Gibson, anyone? The person who made the Street Fighter Movie waaaay back was an Insta-Fail too. I just dont like people taking good franchises and turning them into crap.

Neither he, nor the companies that own the rights care how good the film is. All the fanboiz and fangalz will go see it anyway, so its easy money.
Atleast I refuse to see a movie directed by Uwe Boll, no matter how big of a fan of the game I am. Alone in the Dark - the movie still gives me a headache when talking about Uwe. :P

There's a saying "All publicity is good publicity".
The makers of the game get paid royalties. They will pick the director who gives them the best deal. They really couldn't care less about the quality of the film.
I liked the movies even though they needed a little more. Most game fanboys don't like how he did them. OH know you butchered my game because you did not do it this way or that way. Grow up. Some people liked the movies and want them to continue. I know people who signed that petition and had know clue who the guy was. Only signed it because their friends told them too. You don't have to watch them what so ever and if you think you can do better. I suggest you get some funding and make a game movie yourself.
I can't stand girly movies or most horror movies but that does not give me the right to tell the people they can't make them. I just simply do not watch them.

if he did make a movie about guild wars, i would know that it would be a shit movie and not watch it, instead of watching it then bitch about how shitty a movie it was
