The Japanese are so weird! And I love it. I am at awe at the cool art. But is it a game? Or a comic? Or just a weird collection of twisted locations? Whatever it is, I'm having a great time with it. (clicky above)

#1 It sounds like a car
#2 My computer bogged down when I opened it so I could not see much of it. What I did see was very odd.
I will try to open it again after work.
