Anyways what ever we're all allowed our own opinions, and it's not like the mans doing anything different to what other women do. His opinion may be hated, but theres plenty of women out there that do the same! I personally couldn't care less both are as pathetic as each other. Just to clear it up with people I'm in no way shape or form a Chauvinist pig, and I don't agree with what he said, I just think men are targetted more than women in this sort of situation.

Women are allowed the whole girl power crap and are allowed to say they are better than men, why is it so bad for the opposite way round to happen. In the UK, we are mainly ruled by (in government) white men. Why is it the case that in the sake of "political correctness", being a white man means you get trodden into the dirt for anything. Only white straight men can be sexist or racist. Why does the majority (the actual british citizens) have to be discriminated against so much to appease others that CHOSE to come to this country?

True. Saying he should be shot because you don't agree with his opinion puts you on the level of people who burn another nation's flags because someone in that country said or wrote something you disagree with.
With freedom of speech does come a certain duty as well, one to use it wisely. Like saying what you mean, using the phrase "should be shot" lightly and not really meaning it is not following that responsibility. Meaning it means you should shut up in the first place. If you don't want other people to have Freedom of speech, than be the first to wave the Right.

The USA maybe, but generally most men are respectful towards women (and vice-versa). The reason that society thinks most men are A**holes and whatever is because those A-holes are the ones getting the attention for being A-holes - thus a generalization forms that all/most men are like what you stated.

You were the one who first attacked his statement, he then counter-attacked yours. Thats not flaming - thats called arguing. But then again, any sort of arguing round these parts is often looked at as flaming, because the majority of people here don't know how to argue properly.
