New hall, new core, new build which means....new help our hall is currently Imperial Isle as its a less split-friendly build. Most of the build is built around what our members play best than whats popular in meta currently. The water ele over a b-surge for example. We currently have the following build
Player 1: Warrior/Elementalist
- Eviscerate {E}
- Body Blow
- Disrupting Chop
- Bull's Strike
- Shock
- Frenzy
- Rush
- Resurrection Signet
Player 2: Warrior/Ritualist
- Magehunter's Smash {E}
- Crushing Blow
- Hammer Bash
- Bull's Strike
- Flail
- Rush
- Enraging Charge
- Death Pact Signet
Player 3: Paragon/Mesmer
- Cruel Spear {E}
- Harrier's Toss
- "Go for the Eyes!"
- Cry of Frustration
- "Never Surrender!"
- Anthem of Flame
- Aggressive Refrain
- Resurrection Signet
Player 4: Elementalist/Mesmer
- Water Trident {E}
- Freezing Gust
- Ice Spikes
- Glowing Ice
- Blurred Vision
- Water Attunement
- Ward Against Melee
- Resurrection Signet
Player 5: Mesmer/Ritualist
- Energy Surge {E}
- Diversion
- Power Leak
- Power Drain
- Mirror of Disenchantment
- Drain Enchantment
- Shatter Enchantment
- Flesh of My Flesh
Player 6: Monk/Elementalist
- Restore Condition {E}
- Reversal of Fortune
- Spirit Bond
- Guardian
- Aura of Stability
- Holy Veil
- Glyph of Lesser Energy
- Aegis
Player 7: Monk/Elementalist
- Infuse Health
- Word of Healing {E}
- Reversal of Fortune
- Protective Spirit
- Draw Conditions
- Holy Veil
- Glyph of Lesser Energy
- Aegis
Player 8: Ritualist/Assassin
- Protective Was Kaolai
- Caretaker's Charge {E}
- Splinter Weapon
- Ancestors' Rage
- Wielder's Boon
- Soothing Memories
- Weapon of Warding
- Dash
i think its pretty solid for the most part, playing around with the rit build, ive seen some with recup/life and OoS as an elite that could help the team more than caretakers could also still not 100% sold on simple thievery on the mesmer but i have been seeing Arcane Languor on meta-mesmers more and more and getting down to it id prefer that over shame(especially in this build with all the disabling)

my only suggestion would be swapping the ranger for a more pressure oriented build. as your build stands you are only getting steady pressure from two sources and both of those are warriors which are easy to shutdown.

taking a look at this a para would definately be more pressure than the magebane but we'd loose the disabling from the magebane as all a para could bring was CoF or possibly P-spike or P-lock...i'll play around with it some

you could even try swapping out magebane for burning arrow and see how that works. you can keep two of the ranger's interrupts and still add some extra pressure to the build.

dropped the ranger for a cruel spear with the following bar
Cruel Spear, Harrier's Toss, Spear of Lightning, Cry of Frustration, "Never Surrender!", Anthem of Flame, Aggressive Refrain, Resurrection Signet
dropped CoF on the mesmer for Power Lock

My opinion:
Player 1:
Swap Executioner's for Body Blow. You should have 13 strength, so BB does nearly the same damage, and is another deepwound vs paragons and costs 1 less adren.
Player 4:
As mike said: swap Glowing for Glyph. Also, swap ice spikes for deep freeze or vapor blade. Deep Freeze has a wider area of effect, and blade can help on spikes.
Player 5:
Drop Arcane Larceny and Simple Thievery and Energy Burn for Power Drain, Shame or Power Leak or Mirror, and Energy Surge or Power Block, and you can switch drain enchant for inspired if you want. You want your mesmer to be reliable, the first to skills are too unpredictable. PLeak is good for if you cant diversion a BSurge (due to hexbreaker) - shatter his attune, PLeak the BSurge. Mirror is good for stripping aegis/taint. Power drain should be on like, every mesmer bar.
Player 7:
Drop Draw conditions for dismiss condition. You normally need to heal the person you're taking the condition from anyway. RoF is also interchangeable with Patient Spirit.

Drop Never Surrender for Mirror if you dont have it on the mesmer, otherwise power spike (or you could use 2 copies of mirror if you really wanted. Swap Harriers Toss or Spear of Lightning for Go For The Eyes.

ok, that looks like a fairly basic balanced, there are only a couple of things, one is, water trident? i personally would rather play icy shackles to help with spikes and yeah, i would prefer GoLE but obviously, if your ele doesn't need the e management then fine.
mesmer looks ok.. although maybe 3 enchant removals is slightly ott, (dunno about that, just a guess, don't know how frequent your going to be spiking)
monks and warriors are basically meta, paragon looks ok and the rit runner build is ok i guess, i personally prefer WoR over CC, but i obviously don't know your flagger so thats just personal preference.
but yeah looks good
