Thoughts on a Perma-Dom Build 

Once again I am going to draw upon the knowledge, critique, and experience of all of the people, friends, and villains here at Gameamp, this is a build for a perma-dom I am considering, and I would like some more advice, thoughts, or criticism, before I proceed in taking the time and money to make it, yes it is for PvP but will serve equally in PvE.
It has a 12.3 second lapse on Domination and a 0.2 second lapse on hasten

K, personally don't have acsess to Mid's my dinosaur computer has no service pack 2, and if i was gonna sink money into upgrade it'll be a new computer with SP2 pre-installed.

Is the 6 slotting of hasten with recharge reduction actually worthwhile? Wouldn't 1 of those slot be better used in another power say something you could slot with the Force Feedback IO that procs a 100% recharge boost for 5 seconds when active.

it looks good, but for the powers that you didnt add in sets for rech should have some of their slots put into psychic shockwave for some acc and dmg. its recharge will be good if you have managed perma hasten, so try getting it 3 slotted dmg and at least one acc on it. but other than taht, if you have the money, go for this one

the 6 slotting of hasten is what lets me acheive perma hasten, if i were to slot a FFB + Rchrge it would make me reliant of that proc going off every time, leaving periods of uncertainty and domination, its a superb option and i was considering it, but i am gonna wait until i get the money to get the purples slotted in there then maybe put a few of them in there
