OK I am a noob, I admit it and I am ok with it.
I have a level 8 Rifle/Devices Blaster I started yesterday. So far he is alot of fun. I am working on endurance efficiency but I am sure it will get better with time.
What I want to know is;
Is this a fun build or should I make a new blaster before I commit to much?
What are some powers I should look for and get in both the Primary and Secondary pools?
What are some of the good power pools I should dip into?
Any certain powers I will get later that no blaster should be without?
How should I place and fill slots with which enhancement?
Like I said I am noob. This is alot of questions. I have posted on GameAmp in the past and was pleased with kindness ans knowledge I recieved, hoping to get the same experience again.
Thank you in advance for assisting a CoH noob in my future ventures as a Blaster.

AR/DEv is a good choice.
The question is, what is your playstyle?
I play my AR/Dev mostly singletarget oriented.
So I dont draw a lot of aggro.
AoEs may be more effective but since your a newbie it might get you into a lot of trouble.
Of course Cloacking Device will avoid a lot of hostile attention anyway.
Speaking of stealth, if you want to be a real ghost and use the maximum effect of Trip Mines pick Superspeed as your travelpower, cause it has an aditional stealthfactor in it.
Best way to get info shere is to your left.
Under "Game Info" is "CoH Powers" there you can find a lot of comments to almost all powers.
