I just finished my 10 day trial and it just ran out today. I am trying to pay for my first month and I am entering the serial number that I used to sign up with to begin with but it is saying that serial number is already used. How can I keep my same account name but pay for my first month.

Go to the Account Management page. When there, log in, or create a new account and when that's done use the "Using a Serial code" link.

You will only use a serial code if you are using a game card and the number is on the back of the card. The original code you used is just a base code to start the account. If you are going to use a credit card for payment, there is a link in the Account Management area to input the information. If you are going to use game cards, then you click on use serial code and enter the code on the card, not the original code you used.

Generally when you activate a new account, they require you to purchase and additional month in addition to what you paid for the game. So, you'd have to enter your serial number that you got from buying the game and then you would have you purchase another month on top of that, either with credit card or entering a time card code.
Perhaps it's because you're trying to just use the serial code without purchasing another month or using a time card? Or, are you sure you purchased an actual retail game code and not just a time card? Because you can't activate a game account with a time card only.
If none of that's the problem, you might want to contact PlayNC support.
Hope this helps a little.

If you used a free 10 day trial code to start the account you will have to purchase the actual game, enter the serial keycode from it and then set up your payment info or apply a gamecard code to the account. All this can be done in account management and maintain the toons you have already started.

The 10 day temp accounts are trial accounts. I don't think they can be recreated or reused. If there is a way, I don't know it.

Since this thread is about trial accounts I figure it beats starting one. Can someone send me a referal? I've heard about this and want to try it before I spend money on it. My email is hauntingone@gmail.com. Thanks
