Hey, can someone please explain to me what on earth is wrong with this skill, am I just completely missing the obvious or am I actually right in thinking this skill doesn't do EXACTLY what it says :S
Well Hidden Caltrops: For 20 seconds, the next time target foe takes damage while moving, this hex ends. When Hidden Caltrops ends, target foe takes 15...63 damage and is Crippled for 5...17 seconds.
When I use it, wanding things while moving it ends and it does actually cripple, BUT it doesn't actually deal the damage it says it's supposed to deal all I deal is the wand damage which is like what 14.....now am I right in thinking the skill is supposed to be dealing damage as well as the damage you deal with your attack, or is it a type of damage you can't go above because of the hex.....someone please explain to me I just can't seem to get my amazingly sexy skull around it :/

when it ends they should take dmg and be crippled yes. if it doesn't most likely a bug

Ah then it has to be a bug, it's been like it for a while in which case because I wanted to use it in my mesmer build, oh well what guess I'll have to wait till it's fixed huh :)
