Well recently I noticed something. Whenever I listen to the Strokes album called First Impressions of Earth I get really nostalgic about a summer 2 years ago where I spent many days in factions chest running and having good times with my guild pals. It brings back fond memories and I really enjoy listening to this album even if it isn't perfect.
So does anyone else have any bands albums or songs that remind them of guild wars and good times?
One of the tunes of Dawn of War has a sorta like orchestral theme which reminds me of the music in Ascalon with the slow trumpets (whatever you'd call em)
For the rest, not any music i know off that reminds me of it.
i have music that reminds me of certain things, as well as foods. for example dr pepper reminds me of summers visiting my grandparents. but i dont have enough of an emotional attchment to GW to find a link to music o.O

ive heard that to, i thought DoW ripped it from guildwars its fairly similar, wouldnt be surprised if jeremy soule did DoW soundtrack.

Outer Reaches is the one that probably reminds you, i ripped all music using a special program that converts it to Wav. then into Mp3 (in Wav all 173 are nearly 5GB in size 0_o)
Cool music, i like most of it, especially Imperial Guard/Sisters of battle themes.
DMX: The Rain, DMX: Ruff Ryders Anthem both remind me of Cantha. DMX: Crime Story, reminds me of Elona.
There's loads of other music that reminds me of certain events within Guild Wars, it just depends on what I was listening to in that period of time.
Well, for some reason when i was playing gw, like in the first few days of me starting gw, i was listening to three days grace and 30 seconds to mars and for some reason now whenever i hear them i start rememberin my days back in pre as a n00b, lol
