Ok, I admit it I'm stumped and throwing this out there for a math wiz to save me making a BIGGER idiot of myself than usual.
Energy Melee's Barrage has a base 10% to proc a disorient
If I slot it with both Triumphant Insult's +10% proc disorient & Pounding Slugfest's +10% chance proc disorient what are my odds of causing a disorient with 1 punch?
1 event with 3 independent chances to proc a disorient
Energy Punch 30% base, + 10% IO, + 10% IO ?
Bone Smasher 60% base, + 10% IO, + 10% IO ?
I know its not a simple additive 10 + 10 + 10 = 30 but not sure of how to work the numbers. Any help would be appreciated.

Not a heavy "analyst" but I would say it's either:
+Add bonus together
-or-
3 x 10% each swing to proc!
Hopefully someone w/ more spec experience can answer better.

If they stack it would be progressive, not simply additive, but i'm not sure how that would work. wheres Warron when you need him? Oh Waaaaaaaaaaarron!

Each chance to stun would fire on its own. I'm not so good at statistics and figuring out odds as I used to be, but each time you use that attack, you'd have 3 opportunities, at 10% each, for a stun to occur. It is possible for all 3 to fire at once, and the stuns would stack.
