I just got my rit to level 20 and ascended, planning on farming a bit. I was going to use the VwK Rt/me build, and I was wondering where you found this build was most effective/highest Gold per hour.
Any suggestions on other farming builds would also be appreciated :]

My Rit is going to be there soon too.
I was actually wondering if there was anyplace that really shines in HM for Rit farming?
In particular anyplace in NF or EotN areas.

VwK - Trolls outside droks
VwK - Grawls outside droks / port sledge
VwK - Minoutarus outside Ice Tooth Cave (HM)
VwK - Outside Sarelac sanitarium (HM)
VwK - Insects in Nightfall (HM)
VwK - The thing just below the town areeas in Faction and above kurzick / luxons the area that u get to boreas seabed. Cant remember name, anyways the Kirins.
VwK - Jade Brotherhoods outside marketplace (just six of tem)
And lots of more.

I have just 2 words: Be creative!
You might want to try the raptor farm outside Rata Sum (never done it, so have no clue if a rit can pull that off).
