Some claws/regen questions 

So after some lvling this weekend, i think my claws/regen scrapper, Clara Wink, is due for a respec. right now, she's a 1/2 a bar from 28. here's what powers she has:

Claws
strike
slash
spin
follow up
focus
eviscerate

Regeneration
fast healing
reconstruction
quick recovery
integration

Pools
teleport foe
teleport
team teleport
combat jumping
kick

First of all, i plan to keep all three of the teleport powers she has now. it's a big part of her concept, so DON'T try to tell me not to. team teleport, i know most people hate it, but its very useful, i have saved my team many times with it. the only thing i might switch is recall friend for tp foe, which i only got to take care of runners before i had a ranged attack.

Here are my questions: is resilience worth it? the stun from awakens can hinder an escape drastically, and some resist isn't bad, but i don't know if i can fit it.

am i making a good decision going into the fighting pool? i'm probably just going to get kick and tough.

i have too many attacks. could i get by on just strike, kick, follow up, focus and eviscerate? i haven't decided on whether i want to go for AoE damage.

i want to get dull pain, too, and i haven't decided on whether or not to keep combat jumping.

also, will we be getting a freespec with i12? that would be quite nice.

please respond with advice and/or a build suggestion! (remember, i'm keeping teleport and team teleport!)

As far as AoE dmg, my claw scrapper (lvl 32 atm) has gotten by just fine with Eviserate for hitting more than 1 foe at a time, and with shockwave now has added more mob clearing ability.

As far as the fighting pool and dull pain goes, on my lvl 43 regen scrapper, haven't felt the NEED for it. I had considered it earlier in his career, but now between MoG, and Dull Pain, he takes any and all dmg just fine now. As far as Resilience is concerned, if you can fit it in, take it, free slots for other powers. But if you want to take another power for concept or practicality, it is certainly skippable.

Combat Jumping isn't worth getting on it's own.
It's a very good power if you want to go for Superjump anyway.
But otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.
What for do you need Kick?
The primary has enough good attackpowers.
And if you already think about skipping Resilence, you shouldn't care about the fighting pool.
Maybe drop Spin, it is only worth it's endurance if you hit several foes at once.
And if you don't want to go for AoEs, beside Eviscerate, which is a must-have-power, you can think about skipping it altogether.
I prefer to have Reconstruction AND Dull Pain,so I dont have to care much about the rechargetimes.

I will say, on my Spines/Regen Scrapper, I use Moment of Glory a lot more now that they have changed the power.

I would rarely use it when it dropped my health down to nothing, but now that it just lasts for 30 seconds and has a quicker recharge... I love the power. I would get that as soon as you are able. It is great for taking the Alpha Strike when you know it is going to be a big one.

Here's a build (minus slotting, that's up to you) that'll give you all the regen powers needed for survivability, while still allowing you to have your Teleport powers and almost all of your attacks.

This build lacks the Fitness pool, so watch your endurance bar and be sure to slot end redux in your attacks, especially AoE attacks like Spin, Shockwave, and Eviscerate.

Regen doesn't need Fighting pool unless you plan on farming. So don't worry too much about that. Resilience is really nice. bold-lightning put it to good use when his kat/regen and my fire/em tank were going toe-to-toe. I couldn't break his integration because my stuns just didn't last long enough to stack! Annoyed the hell out of me, to be honest.

    thanks for the build, Warron!

    i was looking at it, and im not sure i need to take Slash (the -def one), especially if i decide to stay with kick/tough (which i'm still unsure about). i was also wondering, do scrappers get a good bonus from assault (leadership)? i could handle the end drain easily, and it might be good to have to make up for claws' slightly lower damage output.

    Scrappers get horrid results for Leadership powers. And without Stamina, no, you couldn't handle the end drain of it.

    Frankly, stay out of Fighting. Regen is more than tough enough to handle the aggro it draws. With team buffing and tankers doing their jobs, you don't have to worry about too much incoming damage. Unless you plan on farming with this toon (which I don't advise, as you don't have enough damage output to really farm), you don't need Tough. And Kick really is a shitty attack. Take Slash and love it. ;)

    thanks for the advice!

    i worked out another build on Mid's, i put in assault for now, i have i think 2 or 3 respecs, so if its really bad i can change it. i looked and scrappers get about a 10% damage bonus from it, and with follow up, that's almost +50% damage, almost all the time. i also took a few people's advice and put in hasten. anyway...:
