Not that leveling builds dont have their good points but as a rogue combat swords is very boring. Anyway as i'm nearing lvl 60 is it worth considering speccing to an endgame talent build or just keep leveling away then respec at lvl 70? Is a lveveling build going to be THAT much faster for the last 12 or so levels?

I've found that the speed that you level after level 60 practically halts.
Most foes are very close together and mostly outside in the outland so sneaking around won't give you that much of an advantage.
