That will play Guild Wars beautifully. As far as BF, I am sure it will play that as well since BF is a few years old.

It looks fine except for the memory. I think 667Mhz is not enough. You should at least get 800. You could also go for 1000Mhz or 1066Mhz because I don't think they differ a lot in price.

Studies show that 92% of teens listens to rap. If you are of the 8% that listens to real music then add this to your signature.

Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2,4GHz LGA775 Good
Hard Drive: 320 Gb SATA300 7200rpm 16MB Reasonable, you can get 750GB for around 140 euro's at Azerty, very good HDD.
Memory: 2x1Gb DDR2 667MHz 800Mhz is best, and only a fraction more expensive.
Graphic Card: nVIDIA GeForce 8600GT PCI-E 256MB 512MB for Textures is better, though Battlefield 2/2142 can run easily on it, same for Guild Wars. (If you set the Texture quality to high in games you might notice minor freezes if you turn around.
Mainly playing wargames like Battlefield -genre and GW of course. :)

As for the 1066Mhz RAM, i heard of it, but i haven't found alot of Motherboards that actively support it without the need of overclocking, breaching warranties and so on.

if you don't plan on doing any overclocking...DDR800 will be fine.
i would go for the 8800GT 512mb or the HD3870 512mb. just to future prove a little.

We don't know his budget, otherwise i wouldn't recommend this system at all.

OK, i got a bit different one now:
Processor: AMD Phenom X4 9500+ (Socket AM2)
Memory: 3 of those -> 2048Mb DDR2
Hard Drive: 500Gb SATAII 7200RPM
Graphic Card: nVIDIA GeForce 8800GT 512Mt PCI-E
The motherboard isn't allowed to be chosen in that store, just says: Compatible motherboard, USB2.0
The box is 350W, but i'm not sure if it's enough?
Cost: 763€

They both sound good but you might find a better deal at cyberpowerinc.com This site lets you chose a baseline computer, take away or add components with prices of how much you save or how much more you spend on different components. I walked away with one for $1200 flat free shipping.

The price is reasonable considering most of it is pretty new and online prices aren't that different.
Looks like a good system, but why do you need Quad core for? Are you in the Movie/Film Imaging bussiness or using it for heavy encryption? Otherwise 4 cores is overkill if you are just doing it for gaming, sure, more is better but you'd just make more bottlenecks.
the 350 is a bit edgy, if you don't get anything else into it i think its fine though, let's go calculating a bit:
Rough Estimates (always above)
Processor Phenom 9500+ (full load):100 Watts
Hard Drive (Spinning) 15 Watts
Nvidia 8800GT 512MB (full load): 220 Watts
Motherboard: 20-30 Watts
Total: 365 at max
You are pushing the limit here, but then again, we are speaking here about FULL LOAD, meaning your Processor is at 100% usage and your Graphics Card is rendering at full power, so its easy to say during games you are hovering around 300-320 Watts of usage, so it's pretty good.
Just don't expect that power supply to last more then 2 to 3 years, even if it lasts longer, it becomes prone to failures and power cuts, neither of which is good for your Computer.

Well i do have photoshop which i use maybe once a week or month. :P
There's option of 450W for 23€ more or 550W 34€. Should i take which one in your opinion? I'm planning to go with this comp for as long as i can or at least 3-5 years. :P

I'm a bit more pessimistic than Forumite.
With 350W power supply and 360W peak demand, you won't lag much in game. You just reboot a lot, involuntarily. :-)
I'd go for the 550W supply if I were you, gives you nearly 140w in "buffer", meaning you can actually run a sound card as well or hook up a USB device getting its power through the USB cable, like a wireless mouse cradle.
Besides that, it's 34€ for not having to yank out your power-supply during the next 2 years and replacing it with one that's only 34€ more expensive than the one you had and isn't worth 60% of purchase costs.

Reading the updated post, i'd throw in the 550 Watt PSU anytime, its not that much more.
All i was pointing out that yes, it can run, and only if it happens he stresses his CPU, GPU and even throws in a DvD to watch his computer will reboot instantly.
But i haven't really seen alot of people in situations where they manage to Photoshop, Game and watch a DvD at the same time to stress all the components.
IN theory, it will and shall run, in reality, it will run, but once it goes over its limit its game-over and it will inevitably reboot due to complete loss of power, not to mention the damage it deals everytime to the electronic components.
Still, it IS possible as i've seen it being done, 250 Watt power supply with a 7600GT, Intel Pentium 4 overclocked at 3Ghz with 2GB of DDR1 333 Mhz RAM with a spinning HDD and DvD drive (reading game CD), while being stressed in a game of Call of Duty 4, it worked, it did, but do not ask me the stress that PSU had to go through, i wouldn't bet any money on it lasting longer then perhaps a few months at best.
*That PC is upgraded with a PSU nowadays, same components though.
So it can work, it's just that you are acknowledging the fact you have a ticking time-bomb and it will one day stop working, most likely dragging the rest of the components into a sparkly death aswell ;D
