Totally possible to do all four dungeons with h/h. In general, take Frozen Soil and plant it somewhere out of the way of each battle. Pull mobs towards you, as there are often patrols that can build up if you aren't careful.
H/H build I use has Vekk as a warder, Gwen as a powerblocker, and usually Sousuke as an SF. I usually park Gwen on the priests, and then Pain Invert the Warders (if they manage to get one of their spells off, they'll kill themselves fast, even over the priests healing). Once the Priest and Warders are gone, I take down the Defenders and then any Summoners. The rest is just mopping up, really.
Oh, and with the Forgewight dungeon, you can just 60dp your way through it, if you have a decent pain inverter. In otherwords, Pain invert one of the elementals, let him wipe your party (and hence himself), rinse repeat. Obviously, its better and faster to not have to do that, I'm just saying that you can, especially if you get far in the dungeon and get to 60dp, don't despair.
I'd recommend starting with Selvetarm's dungeon, as that is very easy compared to the others. Forgewight is Elemental hell, and Thommis/Rand has some obnoxious mobs, mainly due to Priests/Defenders teaming up to out heal your damage, but once they are down its cake.
