K when i click on the export/import button, it gives me the 3 choices, i click on long forum export and then it tells me that its put on the 'clipboard', now i have no idea on where this 'clipboard' is and i've done a search on it and nothing pops up... can anyone help me?

The clipboard means the windows clipboard. That means when you start typing in any text box (like this forum text window, or in notepad, or anything like that) and you press Ctrl-V (or do right-click -> paste) the complete build will be pasted from the clipboard into that text box. You can't really look at the clipboard as such but you can paste it contents anywhere you like.
