Ive seen them on the market, and on paragon wiki there listed as uncommon salvage, now my question is do they drop from random enemies that drop tech salvage or do you have to do something in warburg?

it's warburg specific salvage. I believe it gives you a free code for when trying to launch a rocket. Basically you have to get two codes to launch instead of three. I don't remember how to get it. I just remember asking someone else about it and what it does.

the above is correct it lets you launch 1 of 3 types of rockets which in turn also gives you a temp power 1 shot power that corresponds to the the type of warhead launched.
you get:
1 Biological mutagens=increases you and teams regen/damage out put
2 Chemical Burn...does damage to enemies
3 Nuclear blast...does damage as well
these awarded by launchin either the
1 Biological warhead
2 Chemical warhead
or
3 Nuclear warhead

ok thanks for the info, i know you get one of the codes by rescuing a scientist, but on the BM or WW the access bypass is sell able and i was wondering if you could get it by just killing stuff in Warburg, or what not.

Only time I have ever received one was on villains side during a mayhem mission where I broke into the shop vault and stole the valuables from display cases, I ended up getting one from there. Anywhere else or on hero side I've not encountered one dropping.
