Ok I did Hell's Precipice and bought the new Shield (Tactics) I put on a -5/20 but it won't let me put on my +30. (yes I have the gold one..duh lol) Is this a bug or working as intended? Anyone know?

Yes it seems everyone is having this problem with shields and cores, but the other weapons seem to be modding fine. One of the guru threads stated it is a bug and the ANet crew is working on it.
But yeah that kinda sucks, I think I'll wait to get mine until all the kinks are worked out

If and When they fix the bug will it effect things already purchased, meaning will I be able to add it then, or am I pretty much screwed and will have to buy a new one?

The devs do have the option to apply an update retroactively meaning already crafted items can be altered as well as not yet crafted ones. Happened with armor quite a bit when they updated tyrian armor to have insignia's.
So seeing as this is a bug and not just something they are changing i reckon you'll be ok.

Uhm, I completed it today and the shield was a green, and already modded with -5/20 and 30hp.

You can let a stripped gold one crafted for 10k, 10 deld steel ignots and 10 normal steel ignots.

Ohh, I didn't even spot that one :P
But to the TS: Why didn't you just get the green version if you are gonna put a -5/20 and 30hp on anyway?

Because a green you have no option to modify in the future.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I think the shield is pretty tight myself. I did get the axe to. I used my thing to get a bow, which also looks pretty sweet, IMO

Im really hoping so, a little over a year ago i beat prophicies with my main character, so i better be able to go back and get a reward or someones gonna be a little bit pissed :)

I shall explain it:
The endgame area can be accesed after you beat the hells Percipe Mission. If you complete it the first time you get a Deldrimore talisman wich can be traded for a green Deldrimore weapon.
If you complete it again, you get no talisman but can craft a new Gold Deldrimor weapon wich can be fully modded, this can be crafted for 10k 10 deldrimor and 10 steel ignots(Can be crafted at the first time to)
And people who allready beated prophecies may complete it again for the talisman

Bug Fixes
* Fixed a bug that prevented some Deldrimor crafted items from accepting appropriate upgrade components.
* Fixed a bug that would cause the entire party to zone when one player left the original campaign end game area.
