Ok so I just returned home from the gaming store where I usually purchased my game time cards and they can no longer order them for me and told me to go cross town to another game store to see if they have them, so I did and they do not carry them and claim they cannot order them either.
So since I have no Credit Card or checking account I guess this is farewell to all.
just kinda sux cause i love this game but whatcha gonna do???
bye all suppose i can still hit up the forums and bug you guys =)

Go to your local bank and get a prepaid Visa or Mastercard Gift Card. That's what I do to pay for my acct. Costs an extra $1.50 at my local bank for processing the card, so I pay $31.50 for two accounts per month. Takes care of the issue with ease.

GameStop, CompUSA, WalMart, Amazon.com, BestBuy.
Most of them should carry them. I still see them at BestBuy all the time. Just remember, ANY PlayNC time card will work for CoH. It doesn't have to be a CoH time card.

they actually quit making game-exclusive time cards for NCSoft games. Now they are just NCSoft timecards.

I just asked my local Best Buy today and they were out of them but were supposed to get 2 in on Friday. I was looking for the 30-day time cards.
They don't seem to be as easily available as they used to be though.

If none of those retail locations have them where you live (I don't recall ever seeing PlayNC cards at Wal-Mart) and you just don't want to go the prepaid credit card route, there's still Amazon.com.
I'm an incurable altoholic, but most recently I've played as these characters:
Abana (hero, Champion), lvl 36 mag tanker, stone/stone/fit
The Ballplayer Reverend (hero, Champion), lvl 14 nat tanker will/mace
Shrathala (hero, Triumph), lvl 12 mag scrapper, dual/dark
Fat Kat (villain, Pinnacle), lvl 10 mut brute strength/will
Souleymane (hero, Champion), lvl 14 mag defender, dark/psy

It seems the only ones open are in Florida, 3 in Texas, and 1 in Puerto Rico.

Warron has a great idea though with the prepaid credit cards. That way they act like credit cards but you can deposit cash into the card through your bank.

If the issue of needing a game card is because you have no credit card, wouldn't Amazon be kinda moot?

No, you can pay for an Amazon.com order via check (online or by mail) or money order. Of course, you do have to pay shipping and handling, so that option is a bit more expensive than the others.

our local gamestop dont carry them we finally found playNC cards at Hastings..and an OLD CoV time card at a discount LOL
Got 2 months for 19.95 LOL ... worked out well for us!!!!
