| Im Thinking about moving guilds... |

Ive been with this Guild for upcoming 2 years, ive been loyal, and through thick and thin, but we are dying slowly, and i feel im the only one keeping it together, we have roughly 40 members and at the peak we have 3-4 members online.
we're dying of inactivity.
I feel i want to change guilds, to a guild that will teach me how to PvP, and is willing to do GvG with me, and HA.
I would like it to be luxon, but dont mind changing. (R5 luxon)

Well, KISS are always looking for active members, we are a 1500 member alliance (2 alliances, 1 kurz, 1 lux) we are starting up a gvg team now, have an unlimited slot ventrilo etc, if you want an invite or more info whisp me (IGN: Divine Paranon)

If you click in my sig on "Join Rotd" you'll see the recruit thread of my guild =] I'm not ranked myself and am allowed to HA with them all the time. Sometimes more HA than other though ;) We are recruiting for GvG core again, but you can all read it on the recruit topic.
Let me know your decision ok?

Sad to hear, still though, guilds come N go, even long lasting ones can see their fire extinguish, key to survival really isn't about having tons of members or vice versa, a group of 5 good friends.
It's mostly about doing things and activities, and i dont just mean Guild Wars, ever heard of the statement "Don't put all your eggs in one basket"? It's quite like that, if a guild's entire member base is settled only at one game, then what happens if that game becomes boring/routine? Or even worse, what if a few key players, e.g officers and such decide to just go try out some other games?
A guild dies, and quicker then you'd think.
Variation seems key, sure, you can keep up the excuse ''in GW2 we rise again'', its easy to forget about when its actually released, time can be critical as no-one has eternal patience to stay, as is your case.
Best thing is just having a few people you know, some guildies in general and that's it, you play just one game with those guildies, and you play two or even more games with the ones you know alot closer, that way you can easily say: "Ugh, GW sucks now, Let's play this instead"
It's a rant i know, but too many people ignore the complete and utter critical weaknesses of their guilds, though i think the word Clan would be more fitting for a group of gamers playing more then just one game.

i know what you mean atm im the only one left online apart from the leader and im an officer the leader is my mate so i dont want to leave but its more fun when its a more active guild
