I didn't make it, but the guy who posted it at the Wildstorm boards said he just took scans from the recent Wildstorm issues plus some of the previews of the upcoming books. And I'm not sure what music he used.

It is just a video that was put together using scans from current Wildstorm comic books and previews of their upcoming books. Wildstorm comics is subsidiary of DC comics but is a separate universe. They are taking the company in a new direction and we fans are trying to help promote it. :)
