| Critical error when starting L2 |

First I just wanna say hi to everyone because I'm new here..so ya hi lol onto the subject so I downloaded Lineage 2 and when I first start the game it will load It'll get to the icon with Lineage and the guy with the weapons lol anyone that plays will know but yeah it shows this error.
OS: Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
CPU: GenuineIntel Unknown processor @ 3203 MHz with 1406MB RAM
Video: ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 Series (6783)

I understand it needs a better graphics card but I've ran Half Life 2, World of Warcraft and Counterstrike Source with this video card with a little bit of lag.
I've updated my graphics drivers to the latest and my sound card also my processers ID has been updated as we speak I just deleted my textures folder and system folder seeing as how the file is texture related and because a friend of mine told me to delete my system folder so after all of that I started the game and now It's patching and re adding the new files so we'll see what'll happen but please I'd appreciate it if someone would help me thanks.

I think its a problem with either the shaders, or the low memory on the card itself, i've googled and someone with a laptop with a ATI MOBILITY RADEON XPRESS 200 (128 MB) said he could play it, (it was about virusses and such), however there can be a difference between a laptop GPU and a Desktop GPU.
The best thing you can do is try and turn down some configurations or settings? Don't know if thats possible outside of the Lineage 2 Client, but it could be worth a shot.
