nah, i'm just kidding, although some events that have happened in the last few months could be compared to this...
'You've been banned again, your account was suspended' ;)
btw... does laughing at this vid make me a horrible person or just normal? LOL... you can hear the dog in the background get drowned out by her sounds... just thought it was funny, that and the attitude towards the cops prior to tasing is awesome...
ps. been maced and tased before (actually asked to be at a gun store i used to work at), a lot of my friends that went through criminal law have been tased / maced as well, it does indeed suck, but it's not this bad.

I remember the first time I got tased.....I just could not stop giggling from the feeling. My instructor got nervous and sent me to go get evaluated.

to those challenging police that have no idea...
you can think what you want, but in reality...
a 14 year old adolescent male would not do anything to a cop in terms of '****ing' them up, but would really more than likely get smacked around and end up crying and writing in a journal for the next 15 years.

He Deserves it, and your outright stupid if you start fighting with a cop, some people got issues that's their problem, the law does not protect Idiots and by doing such things your basicly just jumping of the bridge in terms of causing problems, and it can go very deep.
But hey, I heard Bubba's lookin' for a new pally, can you be his new best friend?

all you really need to youtube is, dumb people getting tased or tased...
that and my bro works for the RCMP (cop) and usually weeds out all the crap and just sends me links of the good ones, such as these.
in all honesty, the first vid i posted, that cop had a lot of patience with that stupid person, people are lucky it's not the 1980's anymore where the cops would just crack you in the head with a batton.
when i worked at a gun store, we had an old cop working there named daryl woodcock 'woody' for short, he was a late 70's through 80's RCMP, he said/showed, you open up to a standing criminal giving you lip like you're going to punch them or hit them with your batton, but instead, you kick them in the nuts, grab their shirt, pull them downwards, and then knee them under the jaw. (if they're in a vehicle/sitting you'd whack them in the ear with the palm of your hand, i believe that's called a thunderclap, to 'daze' them before grabbing them out of the car.)
surprisingly, during my stint as being security at that gun store i got to try that out on a 17 year old guy who threw some thermos' he was stealing at me after i busted him. (i was 19 at the time)... it works very, very, very well, much better than a taser, you don't hear whining after, they're just OUT, period! lol (spearing and giving someone a bulldog works good too or spinning them into the side of the building they were stealing from also works, same with just throwing theives under 15 (teen offenders) into a stinky lorris bin dumpster... it is a good, legal lesson, you just need to make sure they can get out or that you let them out after they get good and smelly from old garbage)
hehe, i miss it, but the pay is crap for the risks envolved now, what with all the 'gangs' and crap now days... that and human rights are really starting to be over pussified now and criminals have more rights than security/police.

Im in Security and it depends on the facts & circumstances, if whomever commits the crime gets into an issue if you can neatly show the report to the court it's all fine, if on paper and through voice you can explain what happened, how it happened, and why it happened your clear.
But ofcourse, Law's are different in both countries, but that's how i've seen people got cleared off all the hassle, if you however cannot ofcourse explain why the hell you cracked someones skull... Good Luck buddy ;D

indeed they are.
and i've written out probably hundreds of police reports etc. etc. just because of shoplifters!
in all the accounts, there have been public witnesses and a lot of times, cameras for legal back-up.
i'd probably say 95% of shoplifters i've dealt with give up without a struggle after running and getting caught, then again, most of them were aged 13-18 and stacked up against a more fit, 6-packed guy, it's probably the wise choice...
however, one time, we apprehended a theif outside, i was assembling a canoe in behind the store for a customer when i saw one of the archery staff chasing this 'punk' down. thomas fell down and i began the chase. i caught up to the guy and he turned around, and pulled a butterfly (very illegal in canada) knife out on me... luckily, by the time he stopped running another civilian that worked at the welding shop next door came out, he was about 6'7" over 300lbs easy... when he started ambling towards the kid, the kid threw the knife in behind the pond behind the store... now a crowd's built up of customers that were in the store and workers from the welding shop...
when my boss was escorting the punk back into the store, i was following about 15' behind incase the kid did something funny... sure enough, he did, he ripped away from john and went to reach into his pocket again, immediately after seeing him rip out of john's grip i took a charge at him and 'water-boy' style tackled him... i heard a bunch of the welders outside including the 6'7" guy start cheering, some of them synced the phrase "NICE SPEAR!"... taking the wind out of the kid, i quickly moved up and sat on his chest, but my own boss was so pissed off that he threw me off the kid (john's way bigger than me) and began just whailing on this kids face! (i moved to the legs and ribs and put in a few kicks for good measure)
sure enough, he was reaching for another knife and the cops recovered the one from the pond and the one on him, he got nailed with possession of narcotics, illegal weapons, and stolen merchandise, but alas, he was under 18 so he'd get away scot free pretty much with no legal consequences, he was also first nations decent, so even more legal rights than a normal person... all in all, the cops said it was the 6th time he'd been caught stealing that month and implied that if we ever caught him again, to beat him more.
ps. i'm from the town where the police got busted for driving drunks a few miles out of town and making them walk home to 'sober' them up, unfortunately, some cops lost their jobs after some of the drunks didn't make it back alive in -40*F weather, that was during the time of my security days, pretty much after that event, it numbed a lot of things we used to be able to do and get away with... sucks.

I don't yet got fancy stories of myself, just been at it for a big month or so, in 4-5 months i'l be transferred to a better place, with Military Police aswell, so basicly said:
If they get violent, in 10 seconds they get smacked up real good by the Black & White boys, cause they don't know Gray, either your right or your wrong, if your wrong...

it should technically be, but again, some master theives that have done some big time money scams / embezzlement in this country are being put away for 10-20 years... with no chance of paroll, with people committing manslaughter and getting out in half that time!
in all horrible honesty, there are a heap, and i mean a heap of cases in this country anyway, where people convicted of manslaughter are getting out on parol in 4-7 years...
so, i guess stealing $8,000,000 from a big-time corporation is worse than killing a handful of people without pre-meditated thought about who or how... didn't think we were that worthless, but i guess life just really isn't as precious as 8 million dollars, it's sick, but it's the way it is.
oh yea, forgot to mention, as trained guards, cops, soldiers, etc. they (we) tend to know what 'lethal' force is vs. 'immobilizing' force. you honestly need to try to off someone, it doesn't just happen by accident.
ps. forumite, with the good stories also comes the not-so-good stories of running away like Brave Sir Robin, lol, that and a lot of times struggling perps will land a couple lucky shots, hehe, particularly why my teeth are chipped, crooked, and pushed in and why my jaw constantly cracks. ;) all part of the fun, luckily i have a sloped forhead that acts like a deflector shield and taken a lot of pucks to the head as a goalie, so don't get rattled too often! hehe.
that life is over now for myself any way and as fun as it is to talk about it, i don't think i'd ever want to do stuff like that ever again unless it was over people i care about, not some crappy $3.99 merchandise...
