Does anyone know how this works:
I plug my MP3 into my PS3, I transfer the file from the MP3 to the HDD of the PS3. Then I plug my Mini SD card into the PS3, trnasfer file to card. On the PS3 it shows the file, but when I plug the Mini SD card in the phone. I don't see the file.
So I got 2 questions;
1) Is this possible?
2) If so, how do you do it

2 questions first:
1. is the sd card formatted for your phone, does it have any other files or folders on it you can already see on your phone.
2. are the tracks from your mp3 player actually mp3's or are they wav/ogg/aac or some other format from mp3.
and a sneaky last question
are the mp3's your own taken off your own cd's, or from somewhere like i-tunes, cos i-tunes used to not let you play their tracks on anything other than the i-pod, im not sure if they're still like that tho

Its a card dor a phone yes. the PS3 has a slot to enter it, works the same like a PC

okay, so you wont have any trouble with the limewire mp3's (naughty) except a virus or 2 now and again ;)
going back to the card, it may have to be formatted by your phone first, i dont know what model phone you have but some will only read files/tracks that are put in certain folders on the card. is there anything already on the card that the phone can already see or is it straight out the packet and blank?

I use a Samsung E250, and when I put the card in the phone I see a Images, Video, Music and other files map. On the PS3 I only see them in the correspondending folder. ( In the PS3 music folder I see Music, in video I see Video's ect. Exept for the other files I can see those all the time on the PS3
