Can't find this song, plz help T_T
okay, so a friend came by this afternoon, and teached me a song on my new guitar. I really like that song, but he didn't know the name of it.
I don't know the band name, and i don't know the title unfortunately. What i do know is that in the music video, the camera keeps zooming in on a band member, and reveals another bandmember under him/her, that goes like that the whole video.
For all you guitar players out there, i have a piece of it with the frets and the snares(? do you say it like that, i mean the pieces of string u know xD)

Can i post along a flash movie (turned into Avi from youtube) here? I've always been wondering what the actual title of the music used was, maybe someone recognizes it.
Ofcourse, if you want that is before it turns into a Hijacked thread.
As for the guitar, im clueless in that, years of neglect in any active form of music you see :) (and it was synthesizer/piano based, so the notes are different)

Seven Nation Army by White Stripes :D
Good song. This was the song that started my transition from pop to rock, and so was the song that I owe my liking of metal to.

Just no.
His "new" guitar. Seven Nation Army is both a good song in its own right, and a nice easy song to learn as your first one. In no way are The White Stripes one of the worst bands ever, there are plenty of bands that are worse than them, and Jack White is more technically proficient than both the Dragonforce guitarists. He can play in more styles, whereas Herman Li and friend just play purely for speed. Enter Sandman is a good song to learn early on though - thats about the only thing right in your post. In no way is Through the Fire and the Flames a beginner song - its just too fast.

very very true im not dissing the artists themselves but teh songs i personally dont like them.
didnt know you were a beginner should of guessed it really so for that i appolagise ( or however you spell it)

i love the white stripes. songs are a bit funky, but still i like them anyway.
Yeah and about Dragonforce, Herman Li messes up way too much live, they had to probly record the music videos 1000 times just for him to get his solos right.

ok when the solos are that long you can expect to mess up a bit and when they are recording it more lik 999 times he messes up aha nah jokes andut to say i do think the solo's are a bit over the top i perfer the music of TRIVIUM $ BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE

I do actualy:
Google for "youtube download(er)".
Install the program.
Instert the youtube link and download the video.
Convert it to mp3 using the same program (selecting the 2nd option).
EDIT: For other video's you want the music from. You can also use this site and they'll send the .mp3 to your e-mail.

whatever you want you got about 8sorts of possible convertions
i use it al the time for youtube
Or you can use NHC Wavepad, 30 days free trial, and after that uninstall and reinstall and it works again, if not, most of you lads know how to enter Regedit ^^

You're post is just as bad metallica used to be one of the best metal bands around (still is but not nearly as good as during their first 3 albums) although I agree with you on dragon force if I want extremely long solos I'll listen to roth or wishbone ash or something like that.
As far as getting music off youtube goes http://vixy.net/ has been the easiest for me not neccisary to download any programs or anything.

Wow thanks for the great responses all :D
oh and the tab i had given was a little too high, it should've been on the 5th snare (B) not 'e-a-d'
Oh and i just had that tune in my head, and totally forgot about the whole song. As i searched it up i found songs like Conquest and Icky Thump, which i didn't know were theirs.
I just like Jack White's way of playing the guitar, it's kinda new to me.
Oh, and i'm playing my guitar everyday since i bought it, i really love it (It's an Ibanez ART120 -black- for those that want to know ^^)

really though? jack white? seriously. AMAAAAAZING musician. He has definitely been one of the driving forces both in front of AND behind the musician industry in the last decade. I mean come on, he won Loretta Lynn a Grammy! He is just straight up great at his instrument too. If you want to learn guitar, you really found a great musician to emulate.
