Now that I have a comp that can run the game on good setting im thinking of trying it again but i need a way to recover my account anyone know how?

Sorry for the late response mate, you might still be considering joining the game (if you haven't already).
If you want to recover an old account, I'd suggest checking through your emails for your username, then signing into Codemasters/Turbine's account area and renewing subion.
If you can't find/have deleted their emails, then try a password recovery option on Codies/Turbine's site, and from there renew your subscrption.
