| Heroes and Villians Interacting |

I know or at least think this is possible. I am looking for a place where Heroes and Villians can battle each other. You know like in the comics a hero is patrolling and BHAM he sees a villian (another player controlled toon or even NPC super villian) patrolling or commiting a crime then we battle.
Can this be done? IF so is it in a arena type place or does it take place in the game world like Atlas Park and places like that.
Also I love th game been a member about 3 weeks.

Oh yes, you can fight villains to your hearts content in the PvP areas Siren's Call (lvl 20-25), Bloody Bay (lvl 25-30), Warburg (lvl 30-50) and Lord's Recluse (40-50). And if you just want to hang out with the cool kids (the villains that is) you can meet them in Pocket D (all levels) and the Rikti War Zone (level 35-50).

Pocket D may be my ticket since me toons are only levels 7 and 8. How can I get ot Pocket D?

It should be noted that no fighting takes place in Pocket D. It's basically a dance club where heroes and villains can unwind. I've found it to be mostly vacant most times, the exceptions being during the Valentine's event when there was a contact in there and a few nights ago when someone ran a costume contest in there on Triumph server.
There is a Pocket D entrance in Kings Row (as well as Faultine, Talos Island and Founders Falls). If you purchased the "Good vs. Evil edition" you should also have the Pocket D VIP pass power, which you can use to teleport in from anywhere.

You can enter Bloody Bay at level 15. This zone in at the bottom of the map in Skyway City.
Everyone that is in Bloody Bay is automatically set to level 25. For example, if you enter the zone as a level 17 Blaster, you will automatically be at level 25 while you are in the zone... This does not mean you get to pick new powers and gain new abilities... this just means you will be the strength (Power strength, Health) of a level 25.
If you enter the zone as a level 31 Scrapper, you will become a level 25 Scrapper while you are in the zone.
This is to level the playing field so villains and heroes can battle each other. When you enter the zone as a hero, you can get missions to accomplish or you can just run around the zone and attack villains. If you are "killed" by a villain during a battle in the zone, you don't get any debt because of it. The developers are trying to encourage you to try your hand at PvP (player versus player). If you are "killed" but non player controlled villains you still get debt though.
Give a shout on the Gameamp global channel if you want some help in Bloody Bay the first time you go in.

Bloody Bay, minimum level: 15. Exemplared level: 25
This zone is a Hero vs Villain zone. It's inhabited by radioactive 'zombies' known as Shivans, which are unique to this zone. Bloody Bay is a good zone to have some low-level friendly PvP in with your Villain mates.
Siren's Call, minimum level: 20. Exemplared level: 30
This zone is a Hero vs Villain zone. A wrecked zone of Paragon City, Siren's Call is one of the most popular PvP zones, so you'll find lots of people wanting to kill you here.
Warburg, minimum level: 30. Exemplared level: 38
This is a free-for-all zone. Anyone can attack each other if they are not on your team. This is a fun PvP zone where skirmishes take place here and there. This is the zone I mostly go to.
Recluse's Victory, minimum level: 40. Exemplared level: 50
This is a Hero vs Villain zone. The latest added and highest level PvP zone, also the most populated. This zone takes place in an alternate dimension Atlas Park, where good and evil battle for control of a potential future for Primal Earth. You can find all of the signature Heroes and Villains in this zone, under certain circumstances.
Arena, minimum and exemplared level: Custom
Arena kiosks can be found all over Paragon City and the Rogue Isles. Exact locations are; Galaxy City, Talos Island and Peregrine Island.
And in Villains, Port Oakes and St. Martial.
Shared; Pocket D.
In the Arena you set up custom matches with your friends, which can vary from battles with your gladiator pets, to an all-out battle royale. These matches can be both public and private, allowing random people to come fight you. There are lots of rules and settings for the Arena, which are very fun to mess about with.

These zones allow Heroes and Villains to cooperate and fight a common enemy. There is no PvP in the zones, but you can freely team and chat with the Heroes/Villains.
