Im not even going to dignify such a poorly constructed sentance with a respone, i will however comment on Fire Scrappers as its my 1st of the I12 powersets i made on test and 1st on live.
Now i never made a fire tank, well i did but never got it very high anyway im forced to wonder how much of a scrapper the fire scrapper is. Im not saying i dont like it or wont like it, mine is 11 atm, but i cant help but think it will end up being little more than a melee blaster, Sort of. Well assuming you go the pure fire fire scrapper route it seems to be more damage than damage mitigation but still looks like it will be fun. Psi mental blaster is next on my list though.

Being conciderate of others and helping each other is why Gameamps community is the best I have been around. We all need to keep in mind that not everyone here is using their native language. So play nice or I will fix the problem.
As for the Fire Scrapper I am concerned about the Defense. Fire/Fire Tanks can survive pretty well, but Fire is the weakest Defense for Tanks. Im not sure how it will play out for Scrappers. I probably will be given this a try though seeing how I have a level 50 Fire/Fire Tank.

I've read that fire armor for scrappers has pretty weak resistances and would be the weakest of all scrapper secondaries.

personally, i think that a fire/fire would be a terrible scrapper, what with the amount of AoEs drawing lots of aggro, and that aggro is badly resisted and mitigated. I think that fire melee would benefit more from a good defense or res set, like SR or invuln, and then the fire secondary would do better with a more mitigation-based melee, like maybe dark or even martial arts for the disorient.
however, i will comment that i was on a team with a ?/fire scrapper in the sewers and the first fire shield that you get will prevent stuns, and therefore enabled the scrapper to go toe-to-toe with the Murk vazh boss, who has that horrid PBAoE disorient toggle (ya know, the same one I use constantly with my D3, so maybe its just horrid on the receiving end...)
I hope that makes sense, haven't the patience to proofread it with much attention.

Fire Melee for scrappers and brutes has two AoEs, as opposed to the tank version having three. This means less aggro for them. Fire Armor has 22.5% resistance to S/L/C/E/N. It has a reliable heal on a fast recharge, as well as nearly capped Fire resists. Dark Armor has the same 22.5% resist to S/L, and while the heal can be stronger, it is less reliable and costs alot more endurance to use. Dark's advantage is in Cloak of Fear and Oppressive Gloom, while Fire's advantage is being less endurance heavy and doing alot more damage. Burn also helps to buy some breathing room in a pinch.
Really, while it may not be the strongest, it has its advantages and disadvantages just like every other scrapper set. Invuln doesn't do as well against exotic damages. Regen can't handle alot of mobs at once, or alot of burst. Willpower can't handle lots of big hits, like EBs and such. Dark can't handle longer fights, because it's more likely to run out of endurance. It also has trouble against a single target, because it's heal is weakened. Fire will do fine against most mobs, with reliable mitigation. It may have some endurance issues against smaller mobs or longer fights, because consume won't help as much. But Burn will mitigate alot of damage, and Fiery Embrace will help scrappers make short work of bosses and such, especially if they go with Fire Melee, as well.
Ups and Downs, it's all about knowing your strengths and weaknesses and playing to your strengths. Know your enemies, and take em down in order of whats the biggest threat. Take whatever pool powers you need to cover any gaps. All scrappers, even invuln, can benefit greatly from taking Tough from fighting, and alot of scrappers, especially invuln, can benefit from taking aid self. Take what you need to cover your holes, and you'll do fine. If you want/need build advise, ask away. I check this site all through out the day, and am more than happy to help out.
