Hey all. As my title suggests, I have Windows Live One Care on my comp. Every time I am in GA I get a warning about a Trojan and and Exploit. Every time I click to see something or basically just switch pages, I get this warning and have to quarantine and delete. Is this just some funky thing with One Care? Is it thinking something else is these things or did some evil doer get a hold of the site? Before this, umm maybe a month or less ago, my Nortons found a Trojan on here also. Then we let the subion go out, so that is why I haven't been here for a bit. lol Anywho, just wondering if there is anything I can do if it is just my virus scan being touchy or if something is attached to the site.

Edit: They come up as...Trojandownloader and Exploit:HTML/Repl.D
just in case this makes a difference. lol

Its just an overly cautious detector. It is an "old" exploit within the ads. Just make sure everything is up to date, and you should be fine. Also move to FireFox if you're not currently using it. It basicly stops all threats like that on its own. :)

Thanks, Kanna. So, both of them were for the same thing? Wierd, but relieving. lol Though it was very annoying to have the warning pop up every time I looked at something on here. Though oddly, it didn't pop up this morning when I went from my email to here to see your response...hmmm...lol. Guess my comp got tired of it also. :)

Yeah what Kanna said, Its only the scanner seeing that the ads appear malicious but they won't hurt anything. And Firefox is the way to go for the internet today.
