Seems the guild leader of Rebel Rousing [rawr], one of the most dominant pvp guilds, had his account hacked, guild deleted, and alliance disbanded.
I think the guild is reformed, but they lost their rating and will probably get their cape trim back.
Anyways, not a good situation.

Sucks for the guild leader too. Had his characters and whatnot deleted, and his main's name was taken in a matter of minutes.

what? just "hacked" like that? i thought that's pretty impossible to do amatures..why would some hacker/cracker dedicate his time to ruining a guild in a videogame? didn't he just probably share his password with someone and then it got lost from there...
anyways, they didn't deserve it but shit happens, besides, nothing is permanently lost and they have their new guild with trim back already so it's no big deal..if even a rawr member himself said it, altho not in the core team but whatever

They already have their cape back. But Awowa lost his account and all the stuff he had on it. Arenanet is not going to refund that, nor are they reverting the rating.

For a top rated guild you'd expect one hell of a cape though, they may be 'good at the game' but their taste for design just sucks ----, no offence but it does.
