so I have a lvl 46 Blood Elf Mage and want to get max First Aid as soon as possible ( at 302 atm) I need some Runcloth till 330
probs need about 56 atleast, so where can I find the runecloth??

TS: I need to ask =P. As newbie as it sounds How can I increase my tailoring above 200? Do I need to buy it from the AH?

The upper 40ish humanoids (level 48 or 49) are the starting point of dropping runecloth but you will have to farm 50+ mobs to get constant drop.

Since 150 is one of the training level benchmarks, you must have gone past that. First, I would try to see if the tailoring trainer can offer you more patterns. But low level tailoring patterns are really cheap. Search the AH. Shouldn't cost you much.
I believe that there are a couple simple guildes on this site. I'll see if I can find you a link here in house.

I couldn't find anything in the lowbie range here, but I found this awesome guide from a Google search: Tailoring to 300

Lmao, Thanks; Major mistake =p
I meant First aid ^^ Its stuck at 200. =P Do I need to buy a recipe or skills to increase it?

If you're horde at 225 if you go to Hammerfall (Arathi) there is a quest to do it's called Triage something after you done, you can train artisan first aid and train runecloths bandages.
