alright, so i'm doing a project for my creative writing class, and i need to write a story set in a foreign country. I've decided to write a military horror story based in Russia, and i need help with the name of my fictitious location.
It's called Satan's Cradle, and when i enter that into an english-russian translation site online i get колыбель сатаны. so i was wondering if anyone on here knew if that was a correct translation, and if someone could give me the phonetic pronunciation so that i have a hope of being able to say it out loud
thanks, tyran

it should sound like Svatnarrrrrrrrs Chkradlekov. remember to make sure you have lots of spit in your mouth when saying it out loud. and always pronouce those r's. imagine your a pirate.
Its a well known fact that the first ever pirates were russian, and thats where they get their arrrs! and yarrs! and shiver me timbers from.
The first ever recorded pirate was a russian man named Vladmire Von Eyepatch. Apparantly he got his last name because he had a wooden leg. This of course was made from old wives tales. So it may not be known exactly why his last name was Eyepatch.
Through the years to come, Russian piracy grew stronger and stronger. At one point russia had global domination in the period they called 'The Russiacance', this again was mainly filled with lewd pirates of all kinda that spent their days pillaging and seducing buxom wenches.
It was once said that the mayor of a small island called Pillage Island, was once attacked by Vladmire Von Eyepatch himself. It was recorded that the pirates had set sail from an Island ironically names 'This Island Not Be Fer Ya Pillaging Island', where the pillaging Was apparently scarce.
and that is why russia is... wait... where am i?

Well I can tell you from growing up near my Russian best friend. Whenever he speaks Russian you have absolutely no idea on how to pronounce it. You move your tongue and mouth differently in Russian than you do in English.

We wonder, "Why?" when we lose friends, and there are never any good answers.
