From what I understand that error shows up when the servers are down. Give it an hour or so and you should be able to play and be in LotRO bliss. :)
Edit: DOH! WELCOME TO THE LOTRO SIDE OF GAMEAMP!!

Great work, Serenity! And a warm welcome to this corner of Gameamp, Iron Midget!
I hope the problem's been resolved, it might have been routine maintanence for your servers at that time. If you're still experiencing difficulties, we're always here for you! =)

Hey again, remember we're always happy to field any questions you may have, here at LotRo Gameamp- so feel free to ask away! =)
Here's some info I digged up on error 30000:
First link to try, some possible solutions.
| QUOTE |
if there are any files in the c:programfilesturbinelotro backup folder try copying those to the main directory (overwriting any files when asked).
If that does not help make sure that you have internet explorer online and able to access pages (if you are using firefox currently) |
Here's the link to that info.
Here's someone running eu:LotRo with the same problem.
Liked to the first link- sproblem resolved for some.
I hope this helps, if you're still unable to fix the problem, record all the details (all the technical mumbo jumbo the program gives) and try post it here.
I sincerely hope the problem gets resolved quickly!
Nyoxis.

So, just checking in to see if your problem was fixed. I really hope it was. Thanks for getting the extra info Nyoxis. Even if I had wanted to, I wouldn't have been able to do that. Still haven't figured out how to do links here yet. lol
