I want to buy 25 Rin Relics but I don't know how much they go for and atm i can't find anyone selling. Can someone tell me what they go for these days and maybe even sell me?

You might be able to get them from Kamadan or LA from players for about 2k. From personal experience, its best to find sellers in Doomlore Shrine since people running CoF tend to sell them as soon as they finish their run. I've purchased the remaining rin relics for my dread mask for about 1.3k-1.5k each.
