Ok so is anyone else unable to delete anything from their gameamp account?
I have made a handle, an accomplishment, and a blog thing as tests to see if i could delete them. I did this, after i had a pic i wanted to delete from my gallery and it didn't delete so i wanted to see if it worked anywhere else.. nothing at all..will delete.
I hit Del, I say ok, It goes blank i go back its still there.......

yes, this is something that has already been reported to the powers that be :) hopefully it should be sorted soon

I had that problem for a while, i asked Wyat to delete them, and so he did, only when i checked later they where still there xD
Duct-Tape and Glue is all that holds up this construction.

Ehm, on that note. Does anyone have a tube of glue solvent by any chance? One of the Devs got himself wrapped up in duct-tape and rolled into a pool of leaked-from-a-tube superglue while trying to fix your problems for you.

Well, he's been stuck in it for so long I don't think some solvent would do it anymore. Looks like we're going to need a bodybag instead...

If your trying to say that people are working on it, we've been told that story for what, several months now.
There's no need to make it anything less then public, cause most know, GameAmp literally IS being held together with nothing more then Duct-Tape with glue running at the seams to make sure it stays in the supposed shape.
I mean, go look, the < marquee > stuff makes not only posts dissapear/never post, but even removes entire accounts with no trace to be found.
People's avatar change at random, and as of a few weeks images and other things from accounts cant be deleted.
I am not complaining, we all still post here from time to time, some more then others, and that means we can handle it, its just at times an annoyance when bugs do popup that are serious, see my account deletion bug for example, i found that pretty annoying, but moreover the problems afterwards, we're looking into it i've been told a hundred times, i'd remake Forumite but i couldn't simply because an issue might reappear, rest assured, no matter what your account name is, you can pretty much delete it at your own will.
Please read the Bold Sentence above, it is important that you remind yourself as you read this post, i am merely stating the encounters i've had with GameAmp's own problems, shoddy coding and all that they say, its a funny place, and it has a special feel to it, the Drama some of you deem bad, is just a byproduct of in-direct flaming, instead of throwing books full of profanity, people take on a different approach.
Still, people use GameAmp, still, posts appear and dissapear into the archival graveyards, so that means there's still something here that people like, that goes above the petty problems, the makeshift construction and the flawed Foundation.
As Skittle Cody told me ingame last time,
Patch 1.337 will arrive soon,
on which i replied: Just be honest, it was planned since the beginning, am i right?
Answer: Yeah.

EDIT: Just to throw in a little edit i forgot, I believe at one time the coding on myspace was very insecure similar or worse then gameamp, infact probably worse where you could take into consideration the "private page" thing.
I think back in the day your MySpace page being private was something in the URL changing the page, nowadays its more in depth and impossible to get around.
For Example (THIS IS EXAMPLE) This probably wasnt this simple or even like this but it makes it easy to explain how insecure coding is on some sites.
www.myspace.com/bob - Wants his page private, clicks private button.
Now everyone is redirected when they click his link to
www.myspace.com/bob.php!=ShowPrivate
Or something like that, all one had to do was Remove !=ShowPrivate from the URL bar once you get to his "private" page and bam, done your in.

I bet lurkers are the ones that screw with the URLS and mess up most of the coding because there too lazy to make an account.

I do remember alot in the past we had posts in some threads that had a full post, everything, But there was: No Avatar NO name at all none whatsoever no numbers for posts, cred or join date, nothing. And i bet thats exactly how it was done too.

That Gameamp's on life-support for over a year now is kinda a public secret. Whether there's going to be a change in that in the foreseeable future is anyone's guess.
I do know that outside support was called in to fix several security issues about a month ago and they're now slowly dealing with side-effects of that. What Forumite does with his accounts i have no knowledge about and since I like to be able to sleep at nights, I like to keep it that way :-)
