Is that you? It sure looks like it, you also have crappy FPS, turn down some settings or something, i find more movement in paintings.

I don't know but i had problem too, ALOT of peoples avatars are changing into that one, and i MEAN ALOT. But you have AMPS horribly shotty coding to blame so what can you do.
