Darn the coutness!

Okay, this is the second time I've tried to go woop Countess Crey and she didn't show again! I went through Janet Kellum and did the entire string...no countess. Did they swap the contact on this one...what did I miss. I even kept my mission field empty like tech support said. I'd appreciate any help anyone can give. I've been trying to complete this one for three and a half years now and I'm getting a bit frustrated.

You sure you don't have too many arcs going? If you already have two or three story arcs open (represented by the little book symbol next to someones name) then she'll just give you regular door mishes and not her story arc mishes. When I was trying to get the demon farm mish on my scranker I had to go clear out story arcs form the hollows when I was 15. I did like 10 mishes from the contact and he stopped giving me any. Then I cleared out the other arcs and he started giving mew mishes from his story arc.

I had no arcs running...I made sure of that before I started.

I actually JUST started the Countess Crey story arc from Janet. So I'm not sure what the problem is. I did have to close out a story arc to get it to fire up.

Ron,

Please tell me if you're successful. If you could I would lie a screenie of you wooping on her too so I can live vicariously.

Apparently I have two threads still open...one is 20 levels old! So make sure you close out those old story arcs or you miss out on some good stuff. I asked them how I can get rid of these arcs since they are affecting my gameplay but I'm not going to take a lvl 41 scrapper through a lvl 25 mission.

You only have two options:

Go through the active mission arc.

Or Drop the active mission.

I think, not 100%, but you should be able to have it so there is no active mission, may not complete the arc, but you will clear up the activ mission list. So just clear the mission, drop or complete, but do not take a new one after returning to the contact. This way, your active list will now have a free spot.

It should do it, otherwise, yeah, you'll hafta go through the arc.

Big Chill is a conscranker: he conrols a mob so they do nothing, scraps a target till they can't stand, and tanks what's left till the job's done.

I had to clear the arcs. I just blew through them and closed them out.

Yeah, I had to do the same thing.

I have the Countess Mission up right now. I'll probably run it sometime soon (On Freedom, level 44).

Thanks for the information all and Ron thanks for the screenies. It looks like I'll have to take Sharp Jennie through some missions and see how quickly I can do them. Should be fun...really.

She's a heavy Psi hitter. So make sure you can handle that. Aurora is a Willpower tank, so she had no problem standing up to the Countess and taking the hits while the rest of the team put her down.
