Post oyur favorite profession and why.

This is where ampers can post their favorite profession and why they like it, you can also put your favorite elite.
I'll start.

Mine is the warrior because I've always been addicted to the hack n' slash method. I also did their intimidating armor. My favorite elite is either Balanced Stance or Dwarven Battle Stance.

edit: my favorite elite is eviscerate. but if we're just talking about the skill icon, nothing beats SoD. i just think that icon is soooo cool.

I like being the monk, protection all the way!
First I liked Boon Signet the most, but it got bad so.
Now I think it's P&H or RC.

My Ele and my Mesmer by far. Nothing is more fun to piss people off by snaring with Icy Shackles and Diversing key skills. <3

Earth Shaker ftw ^^

Mines a tie between Necro and Assassin. I like Necro because its has a fairly good damage output. I like Assassin because of the very, very fast DPS

ele, no other proffesion has made me more gold or taken me through any campaign the easiest. savannah heat combined with searing heat and tenais heat is devastating. hitting multiple enemies for a total of 735 dmg is helpful

Because without us all other professions are dead.

hard to do damage when you're lying on the ground ;)

i also like the 'demand' of being a Monk especially, standing in a busy outpost, watching dozen's of parties trying to get you in their group, the begging, the bribes, it's great... no other profession gets that type of royal treatment.

monk's are the aristocracy of Guild Wars, just type /bow now, it just makes it easier for me to heal you. ;)

Since I work in health care all day the monk is like second nature to me. I prefer prot because with heal you become fixated with the the eight red bars and miss everything. On prot you get to be "jonny on the spot" before the hit, while removeing conditions and hexes.
Favorite skill depends on the area but I like the Divert Hexes and Restore Conditions. Favorite thing to do with him would be travel back to Piken get in a group and play "how low, can you go". Healing right before death without letting the mark die, but if he/she does die he gets a free rez.

LOL Mesmer by far, Crip Anguish or Virulence Spiker in byob(i know, old school ye?) or in a balanced team where you get a situation like this

My Favorite is Warrior. I love swords or any good melee weapon, tons of damage, tons of armor. I'm a really good tanker in any game. In almost every game i have some sort of tank thats my highest and best focused on character. I love Warrior skills and Warrior Elites and they make some good builds.

I gotta say i also like the Mesmer, Domination Magic FTW. Anti Melee, Anti Caster you name it all good, all fun.

This is a hard question....i got like one of every class....

i think i'd have to say sin cuz they kill stuff so fast and i like fragility spiking, but ele cuz it was the first one i made. mesmers cuz of how annoying they can be. Monks because its so easy to find a group. wars have some fun stuff but w/e. dervs are overrated nowadays and arent that much fun to play.and rangers are fun because you can cause so many conditions and stuff and they ownz in pvp. paragons are fun but i got bored with mine at lvl 17 and deleted him. and i still need to make my rit

fave elite evar is Glyph of Renewal because it reminds me of the 3x Meteor Shower Nuker Days the good times. or maybe i think temple strike, because it owns but it costs 5 nrg.

My favorite is ranger, I do not play as it as much anymore but it is my long time favorite.

Being able to attack from a distance, having a great primary attribute to allow using secondary profession with success.

Traps, Their just awesome.

So all in all, I like them the most because they are one of the most versatile professions.

PvE: Monk, I can do pretty much anything, solo farm, heal, prot, and deal damage (yeye smiting prayers suck whatever).

Teams always looking for one, so never a shortage.

PvP: Ele, I can make shit blow up nothing like Nuking the Halls altar and seeing so many different yellow numbers followed by a Faction spike.

and mesmer cus i love making monks in RA scream at me.

The favorite class i have is warrior and elite is Earth Shake, i love interrupting a grp 5 all balled up on me.

As for funnest charr is my old ele. Assassin's Promise makes PvE incredibly fast, Bam MS, Bam MA, I commenly had 3 MS's going at the same time and being constantly exhausted out is fun. :p

I've always liked archers, and rangers can do anything

Poison arrow
Practised stance
Incindiary arrows
Burning arrow
Oath shot
Crippling shot

I'd have to say Poison arrow was the one I liked and used the most though
